The work
Most leadership advice treats the symptom. Japji works at the level where culture, performance, and retention are actually decided: the regulated leader, and the systems around them.
The method
Meaning is the measure.
Most evaluation counts what is easy to count. Japji built a method that brings research-grade rigor to the thing that actually moves people and organizations: meaning. One to one or organization-wide, the work makes meaning measurable, and makes it the foundation for change that holds.
The Revolution Within
Lasting change begins inside the leader, then radiates into the system around them.
Bas Wellbeing Model
A peer-reviewed, field-tested model, drawn from doctoral research, beneath every engagement.
WAM & IQA
Mapping meaning with rigor: a Wellbeing Assessment Map for a leader, an Internal Qualitative Assessment for an organization.
SCA Method
Somatic, Cognitive, Aligned Action, so insight lands in the body and shows up in the system.
Viktor Frankl brought meaning to therapy. Japji brings it to leadership and systems.

In their words
What senior leaders say after the work.
Japji understands how to bridge all the worlds, surfacing insights that traditional consultants would have missed entirely.
I don't make referrals lightly, especially at the senior level. She operates where culture, performance, and retention are actually determined.
She helped us build a qualitative evaluation system that tracks long-term impact. Since integrating this work, 96% of participants show improved outcomes over three years.
Selected engagement
Three years. Every level of the organization at once.
At St. Clare's Housing, Japji moved from a rigorous internal evaluation, to redefining vision, mission, and Theory of Change with the board, to one-to-one work with each senior leader, to a transparent compensation framework, across a period when the organization tripled in size.
She was working at every level of the organization at once: individual leaders, team dynamics, and operational systems. That breadth is unusual. And it all pointed in the same direction.

About Japji
A translator between worlds.
Raised between two Torontos, one parent in corporate law, the other on social assistance, Japji learned to move between the people the world listens to and the people it decides not to hear. Every degree she holds is interdisciplinary; every one was circling the same question from a different distance: what environments foster human flourishing?
Today, she brings that same range to leaders, pairing a peer-reviewed research method with the science of the nervous system, so change lands in the body and holds in the system.
